Zoo Cleves is open daily from 9 am. There are numerous free parking facilities available. Dogs are only allowed in Zoo Cleves on Mondays. No child under the age of 14 years will be admitted to the zoo unless they are accompanied by an adult who is over the age of 18 years. The sanitary facilities and the takeaway are located in the entrance area. You can also get snacks as well as cold and hot drinks at the ticket office. Feeding with food available in the park is allowed by most of our animals. Please look for the appropriate signs at the enclosures (green thumbs up = feeding allowed).
